Avocado Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

16 oz Penne Pasta 

For the avocado sauce:

2 Avocados, halved

3 Garlic cloves

1/3 cup Noochy Licious

¼ cup Dill

½ cup Basil

2 tablespoons Olive Oil 

2 teaspoon Lemon Zest, grated

3 tablespoons Lemon Juice 

1 teaspoon Salt 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender add the 2 halved avocados, 3 garlic cloves, 1/3 cup Noochy Licious, ¼ cup dill, ½ cup basil, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt 
  2. Blend together until smooth
  3. Boil the pasta and add the avocado sauce
  4. Mix together and top the pasta with fresh basil and dill 
  5. Serve and enjoy
