INGREDIENTS:
16 oz Penne Pasta
For the avocado sauce:
2 Avocados, halved
3 Garlic cloves
1/3 cup Noochy Licious
¼ cup Dill
½ cup Basil
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 teaspoon Lemon Zest, grated
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Salt
DIRECTIONS:
- In a blender add the 2 halved avocados, 3 garlic cloves, 1/3 cup Noochy Licious, ¼ cup dill, ½ cup basil, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt
- Blend together until smooth
- Boil the pasta and add the avocado sauce
- Mix together and top the pasta with fresh basil and dill
- Serve and enjoy
