Chocolate Pudding


1 cup of All-Purpose Flour 

¼ of a cup Granulated Vegan Sugar

2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder 

2 teaspoons of Baking Powder 

½ cup of Almond Milk 

2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil 

1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract 

¾ teaspoon of Dark Brown Sugar 

¼ cup Cocoa Powder

1 ½ cups of Hot Water 



  1. In a bowl add the all-purpose flour, granulated vegan sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and mix together. Then add almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and mix again
  2. In another bowl add dark brown sugar, cocoa powder and mix together, after ad 1 ½ cups of hot water and mix again 
  3. Oil cake molds and add 1 scoop of the first mixture in each mold  
  4. Pour the second mixture in each mold 
  5. Pour some water in the pot and place the cake molds. Cook on high for 2 hours 
  6. Serve and enjoy
