INGREDIENTS:
Salad:
1/2 Cup Cabbage
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1 Cup Romaine Lettuce
7 oz Pastrami
10 Spears Asparagus
Russian Dressing:
1/4 Cup Mayo
1/8 Cup Reduced Sugar
Ketchup
1 TBSP Mustard
1/2 TSP Worcestershire
Sauce
1/2 TBSP Dill
1 Pickle
DIRECTIONS:
- For the Russian dressing, finely slice a dill pickle and add all ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly. Transfer to an airtight container or bottle and refrigerate.
- For the salad, fry the asparagus and let cool. Layer all other ingredients in a bowl and top with the shredded pastrami.
- Finish with dressing and a low-carb pickle!
