INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Sushi Rice
2 tablespoons Sushi Vinegar
4 Nori Sheets
Avocado
Beetroot
Water
DIRECTIONS:
- In a pan add 1 cup of sushi rice and 1 cup of water
- Cook the rice per packet instructions
- Place the rice in a bowl, add w tablespoons of Sushi Vinegar and mix
- Place a portion of the rice into a nori sheet and with wet hands spread over the rice
- Add 2 slices of avocado and beetroot
- Roll up the sushi nice and tight
- Repeat sushi rolling with remaining rice
- Cut into pieces
- Serve and enjoy!
