INGREDIENTS:
3 cups od Dried Pasta
1 Red Onion, sliced
2 crashed Garlic Gloves
1 ½ cups of Sugar Snap Peas
3 sliced Carrots
1 Red Pepper, deseeded and chopped
1 cup of Sweetcorn
1 large Kale
1 ¼ cups of Baby Plum Tomatoes
1 Basil
4 tablespoons of Tomato Puree
1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
3 cups of Tomato Passata
2 ½ cups of Vegetable Stock
DIRECTIONS:
- In a pot add 3cups of dried pasta, 1 sliced red onion, 2 crashed garlic gloves, 1 ½ cups of sugar snap peas, 3 sliced carrots, 1 red pepper, 1 cup p sweetcorn, 1 kale, 1 ¼ cups of baby plum tomatoes, 1 basil, 4 tablespoons of tomato puree, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 3 cups of tomato passata and 2 ½ cups of vegetable stock
- Mix all ingredients together and cook on high for 2 hours
- Serve and enjoy!
