INGREDIENTS:
2 medium sized Sweet Potatoes
150 oz can of Chickpeas
3 tablespoons hot sauce
½ cup nutritional yeast
8 large Flour Tortillas
Salt, Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Bake potatoes at 400 F for 40-50 minutes
- Cut in half and scoop them out
- Place them in a blender with chickpeas hot sauce and nutritional yeast
- Add salt and pepper
- Blend to a thick puree
- Place the puree into a tortilla and cover with another
- Cook in a frying pan 2-3 minutes on each side
- Cut into 6 pieces
- Serve and enjoy!
